This transformative era is challenging traditional industries and creating new opportunities in a rapidly evolving world.

In this keynote address, Dr. Phil McRae will delve into the four defining features of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its implications for the future of Alberta. He will explore the emerging trends that are reshaping society and the critical skills needed for the next generation to thrive in new social realities and changing economies.

Illuminate, Inspire, Ignite: Unveiling Radiant Leadership in Educators
Friday November 1, 2024 10:30am - 11:30am MDT
In this dynamic session, we'll shift the narrative to recognize that leadership is not confined to a select few but is a quality inherent in all individuals. Through engaging dialogue and stories, we'll explore the moments in our lives when we've exhibited leadership qualities, however small they may seem. By embracing our own potential and acknowledging the leadership within, we can inspire others to do the same, fostering a culture of empowerment and inclusivity in education. Join us as we illuminate the path to understanding of what to do when the lights go out; ways to turn the lights back on; and ultimately how to ignite a movement where everyone can see themselves as a leader in their educational journey.
